ST Instructors during the Coronavirus Pandemic

ST Instructor Zaneta Georgiades

‍‍It’s been a turbulent few weeks, and it will be a while before the skies clear and things return to normal.
So first, we want to say that we hope you’re safe.
And we hope you’re healthy, and if not, then we wish you a speedy recovery and send healing wishes.
Also, we hope you and your loved ones have access to the food, medicine, and other resources you need to make it through this challenging time.

With this post, we wanted to reach out to you and update you on what this ongoing situation means for our ST Instructors and your learning opportunities as an ST Student.

ST Events Canceled or Postponed

Following calls for social distancing to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, our ST Instructors have postponed or canceled all live events that were scheduled for March through May.
(If there are any changes to this or updates about the live ST events, we will let you know right away.)
For the past week, Marc and I have been connecting online with our ST Instructors to help put things into perspective.
We’re in this together, and we get out this together, by working together!

Purposeful Action

Our goal is to help transform the regular “put everything on hold” reaction into purposeful action.
Of course, the most important action, and most important step we can take is to stay home and stay well.
However, we believe that, within this crisis, lies an opportunity for the ST Community to grow stronger, wiser, and more resilient as a result.
While none of us know how the next few weeks will unfold, our ST Instructors, Marc, Rosan and I promise to keep showing up for you.
We put together these two
articles for you to help you through these tough times:

Also, Marc and I will be doing more live broadcasts next week on Facebook and I’ll also be going live with updates on Instagram.
And we’re working on 9 (!) free eBooks that can be downloaded at no charge.‍‍

Online Teaching

Our ST Instructors are also supporting you online on their websites and Facebook pages, and they are expanding their learning opportunities to teach you online.

Most licensed ST Instructors offer online teaching in one way or the other, and you can contact an ST Instructor directly through:

Take Care!

That’s it for now.
Keep an eye on Facebook and Instagram next week – “follow” me on these platforms in case you’d like to be notified about the broadcasts.
In the meantime, take really good care of yourself.
Keep your inner strength, stay positive, and set an example of self-mastery in these tough times.
Stay strong, stay happy, and stay or get healthy!
