Chloé Vic & Raya passed Grade 1

ST Mastery student Chloé Vic from France passed Riding 1 with her mare Raya and with that Touchstone, she passed all 5 Touchstones in Grade 1!

 Congratulations!

Chloé has some great insights to share about the Mastery and Evaluation Program, and how it has helped her on her wonderful ST journey:

"I enrolled in the Mastery course in January 2017, after watching the Mini-Mastery course. My mare Raya had had several tendon and back issues over the years, and a lot of things still didn’t feel right when I rode her. I really wanted to understand how I could help her become stronger, more supple and more symmetrical, and that is how I found Straightness Training.

I knew it would not be easy to re-start everything from the beginning, but I didn't expect it would be so difficult for me to get Touchstones filmed! I felt tense as soon as the camera was on, and I found it hard to see and hear myself on screen. But I started sending them anyways, and it got easier (it does!). I built my trust in the program because the feedback is always right and helpful, even though at first, it might hurt your feelings or your ego...

I am so pleased to see how Raya and I are developing. Although we have trained mostly in walk, she has improved a lot in all three gaits and is more and more willing to work with me. Straightness Training helps me become a better-educated trainer, knowing the purpose and the essence behind every exercise. It has also allowed me to accept my mistakes and be a more confident person.

So I hope Raya and I will continue to make our way through the pillars with many more mistakes, plateaus, and breakthroughs.”
